Account
You must be 16+ to use DataGuardian. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity in your account.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage Subscription. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of a charge.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Service "as is"
We provide the service as-is without warranty. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
